Purpose:

To establish a fully functional Human Resources Department responsible for managing all employee-related processes — from recruitment to retention — in alignment with organizational goals.

Objectives:

• Build an efficient HR structure and assign clear roles.
• Develop HR systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators for all departments.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance.
• Strengthen employee support and organizational culture.
• Support to Soft skills training.
