He helps businesses set up HR departments, gives corporate training, and provides one-on-one HR coaching. He worked in Japan as a Management trainee in the hotel sector. He is also one of the first to write and publish an HR textbook (EHRM-Course Book) in Myanmar language.

Mr. Chit Min Hein launched an HR publication in 2018 and, in 2023, introduced the first Myanmar-language HR Course Book designed for professional HR career development. The publication has achieved strong market traction, with over 2,000 copies distributed to date.
He currently designs and delivers strategic corporate training programs, underpinned by comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and maximize learning impact.
He has developed and launched a suite of HR training programs designed to build a full-spectrum HR skill set, empowering professionals to perform effectively across all functional areas of HR.
