Project Objective:

To establish a structured Learning & Development function that enhances employee skills, knowledge, and performance while aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Project Scope:

• Set up the L&D framework, policies, and processes.
• Identify training needs and develop a competency framework.
• Create learning programs, including digital (LMS) and classroom training.
• Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness.
• Align L&D initiatives with career development and succession planning.
